“It shouldn’t have to be unpicked so much to make something that seems so simple from the offset happen. It’s as if the firefighting…you know, they’re just throwing money at this and trying to push people into little spots. Instead of saying, right, what we’re going to do is pull this back. We’re going to look at how we’re doing this, we’re going to give everybody the right care. Some people might not need care in a couple of years, because we’ve given you the correct care. Whereas we’ve left these people so long now, they actually need more care. The whole thing needs to be pulled back and looked at from the start.”
