“Don’t be afraid to seek help”
“I’d say to anybody, like, don’t be afraid to seek help. If you don’t feel like you can go to the NHS then see if there’s a support group or somebody going through that same situation as you. Because there will always be somebody there to listen and to help. And even though there’s lots of areas you could go to, with health and social care and there’s lots of misinformation, like we’ve said, there’s always somebody that will be able to guide you on that correct path.”
