"They have all this social prescribing, like the active hearts, where you go and you do your exercise and there are things like that. But they're not quite joined up yet. And you know, if you're overweight we can prescribe that you go to the nearest leisure centre and do some exercise. All of that is there, it's just that some people are doing it better than others. Some surgeries have taken it on board."
