"But there's a more holistic approach to managing mental health and physical problems. When I was 21, I had a disc removed in my back because at that time, that was what they did, if you had a faulty disc. I was actually registered disabled for about three or four years, I could barely walk, I was in a lot of pain. I went to Rehab Centre, but none of that involved getting out and going outside or doing anything other than the conventional things. It would be nice to see a more holistic approach across the NHS for all sorts of conditions, because I think it can’t be anything but positive to offer a wider range of services."
