"The secondary care is awful. The hospital that I ended up in... the nursing staff [were] abysmal. And I was in there for two weeks, had a catheter in for two weeks and got catheter care about four times. And that was only when one particular nurse was on. I ended up in A&E screaming. And it turned out my bowel was dying. And I wanted to get up, I was in the corridor by the nurse's station, everybody was ignoring me. And I was screaming in pain. And they kept saying things like 'Oh, you're not due any more paracetamol for another four hours.' I needed to get on my tummy. So I got off the trolley...Nobody put the brakes on and the damn trolley went running into the next poor buggar in the corridor."
