"The people that I support, they have been finding it really difficult to get healthcare simply because they couldn't speak the language. I'll give a scenario. A couple went to hospital to reverse an operation that took place in their home country. They wanted to have kids but instead of being given the opportunity, they were actually robbed of the opportunity. They were given a wrong operation, simply because there was a barrier in communication. They found out that they were given an operation that was not reversible when they were trying to have a child and went back to ask what was happening. They were told ‘The last time you came here, you said you don't want to have a child’. They were like ‘No, that's not what we said.'"
