"The NHS has to commission if they want to offer a service, I think they have to actually put in a bid in to offer that service. And then if it is not successful, for whatever reasons, it will go to the private company. And that's what happened to the ADHD clinic where I live. It's run by a private consortium now, it's not NHS."
