"One personal gripe: The lack of progress with sharing healthcare records both within and between health care Trusts. Even my GP "shared record" shows only my vaccinations. For people with complex health needs shared across several specialties and, as in my case, two NHS Trusts, the patient has to keep all the information, making it available when required. That's not something every patient is either willing or capable of doing."
