"My background is occupational therapy. And I've worked in statutory services in health and social care. But sadly, around 10 years ago, I came to the point where I just couldn't continue because I did not feel that I could do a good job. I couldn't deliver any meaningful rehab to anyone. And the whole focus of my job was keeping people away, signposting them on to somewhere else. And, you know, I had worked in amazing services but they just got scaled back and scaled back to the point where they felt virtually worthless. I just couldn't gain any job satisfaction from it."
