"I think that it would be nice if everybody was treated as a human being. Sometimes I think by the very nature of the things that we do, we can become a little too robotic. And I think if we were all treated as human beings, that includes the staff as well, you would be treated a little bit more individually. And there would be a little bit more understanding about your needs, whether that be communication with parents, or anything really. We're all just human, we just sometimes need a little bit more time to understand something, a little bit of time for somebody to listen to what we have to say. "
