"Critical care when people are critically ill...the response is amazing, and works really well. And from personal experience, when my daughter was a baby, she had some involvement from health services and had to be hospitalised and was on a paediatric ward. And the care that she got was really attentive.I found all the staff very knowledgeable and very, very inclusive."
