"Consider the possible challenges on my part, delivering healthcare as a Black man. Because sometimes the representation we have as BAME community members in some of these services is really minimal. And when that is the case, members of our communities find it difficult to access healthcare because they don't see a lot of us represented there. And the fact that they don’t see a lot of us does not give them any confidence to go near that service. Because if there’s nobody in that service that represents you, you feel that it might not even accept or recognise your needs."
