"Collaborative efforts of healthcare providers during this pandemic havw proven how things could work better and can help more people, when it is integrated and embedded at both local and national level. The advancement of technology has also proven valuable in as much access in/out of normal hours has helped people come forward with concerns more readily over the phone or online maybe because they now have more time, feel less embarrassed or feel in those moments they are being heard more clearly. So, going forward, community level care should incorporate both face-to-face as well as virtual or telephone appointments are consultations. This will free up time of clinicians so that cases requiring examination and face to face can take place sooner and are not delayed unnecessarily."
