"It's miscommunication. I could paper my house with hospital letters that say utter jibberish. And when I see letters that have been sent to my GP about things I'm supposed to have said or been diagnosed with, or conversations that we had. Honestly, it's quite scary because then the next time you go to see anybody, they're only going on what is written about you. And that can be downright dangerous. Sometimes it’s about the patient before you, or the patient after you. Sometimes it’s about what the doctor was thinking when he spoke to you, it’s nothing to do with what you said to him or he said to you."
