How to stay involved
There are three ways:
- Being part of one of the two Co-Design teams. This will be a very exciting opportunity but spaces will be limited. If you let us know below that you are interested, we will be in touch with more information of how you could join.
- You also might want to attend a workshop or training on related topics.
- Or, you might also want to share your experience of one or both of the issues prioritised by the People’s Panel:
The impact that the failure to recruit, train and retain sufficient care staff has had on you or a loved one, or the pressures on care staff you have experienced yourself.
The impact that poor communication between different services, departments and patients has had on you or a loved one.
Your stories will be shared with the co-design teams as part of their evidence-gathering work. We are also looking for stories to use publicly e.g. media work, with politicians, on our website, and/or on social media. This can be a powerful way of giving you a voice to talk about your own experiences and encouraging people in power to create change.
