Why are we asking this?

Earlier this year, Engage Britain brought 100 members of the public together in our People’s Panel to decide which health and care issues should be tackled first. They decided that one of the top issues is the poor communication between the NHS and patients, which leads to delays in receiving care and people feeling anxious and distressed. We want to understand more about the impact this has on people so we can work with patients and staff to develop Ideas for Change.
